Keine richtigen Installationen möglich[Translation-No proper installations possible]

Ich habe das Problem das ich kein spiel mit einer einmaligen Installation spielen kann. Die Xbox One wurde vor gut einem Jahr gekauft und ist nun seit 3 Wochen im Betrieb. Spielen kann ich nur dann vernünftig wenn ich jedes spiel viele viel Male neu installiere
und das nervt richtig.

Konsole resetten und Co hat alles nichts geholfen.....

Hoffe das mir einer einen Tipp geben kann oder ob es nicht doch besser ist das Teil zu entsorgen und weiter den Laptop zu schänden....

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with the aforementioned problem with the update. This was actually reported heavily by our players yesterday, but from what I have been told, it has been since resolved. I recommend trying the
factory reset once more and let us know if that helped.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with games. We recommend a

full factory reset. This will wipe the console and repair any OS files damaged. Sometimes if an OS is corrupt can cause all types of issues. When you do this, try installing one game completely. Then try and play see if have to reinstall.

Es ist kein wirklicher werksreset möglich!!!

Werksreset heißt auf Ursprung herstellen wie es aus der Herstellung kam und dies heißt auch somit alle updates zu entfernen und nicht nur die Haupt Basis neu zu installieren. Da die updates immer vorhanden bleiben wie soll nun der von euch genannte werksreset
wirklich gehen??

Euere Anleitung ist ein softreset und ich bräuchte evtl. einen hardreset!!!!

2 mal resettet und keine Besserung gewesen!!!!!!

Hatte ich aber auch geschrieben das ich dies schon versuchte. Naja dann wohl doch entsorgen und wieder weg von Xbox wie ich es verstehe....
