As you're experiencing difficulty in receiving the verification code when attempting to make changes due to no longer having access to that particular email that you currently have listed as an alias, I recommend that you make the selection to have the code
sent to a different email address or phone number, if possible, as our Ambassador recommended, or make the selection "I do not have access to any of these" and continue from there.

Once into the account, you may make the changes you need to add another email address or make other

updates to your security information by adding security information to your Microsoft account.

Thanks for keeping us updated with the issue. As mentioned above by XBF Amber, when getting prompted to send the code, there will be an option "I don't have access to any of these." You will be prompted to fill out an Account Recovery Form.

Once into the account, you may make the changes you need to add another email address or make other

updates to your security information by adding security information to your Microsoft account.

Reset your email address password by asking the code through a different email or the phone number you have associated as security. After that follow the normal steps.
