Keeps telling me I need to sign in when I already am.

So......I got all excited when I saw the rest of the Dead or Alive games become backwards compatible today. I got online and bought 1 ultimate & 2 ultimate, and 3. But when I went to purchase DoA4, it told me I needed to sign in or create a new account in order to purchase this game. Thought it was odd. Tried again, same result. Then I tried on a couple more games I seen that I wanted. Red Dead Revolver and Jedi Knight II. They worked. So I went back to DoA4. Still the same error. So I restarted the console and tried again. Still the same result. Tried on the mobile website, same result. How do I fix this?

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC

Same issue, tried restarting my xbox but none of my digital copies of games arw working, keeps telling me to sign into the profile I bought the games with, when I am already signed into that profile. My games were working 12 hours ago!

I am unable to download Dead Space as well. When I try to get it from the Games with Gold section, it just keeps telling me I need to fill out billing information, which I have already done. When I go to the website and try to use the Free with Gold option
in the marketplace, it just keeps telling me the page it sends me to no longer exists.

Are you trying to login via the website?

This has been affecting more users since yesterday.

Have you tried to use a different browser or your browser's incognito/InPrivate mode?

There is no official confirmation yet, but this might be a problem with the web servers.

I reported the issue and await a response, I will update this post as soon as I have new information.

For now, what has worked was logging in via the Xbox Mobile App or Xbox PC App.
