    Keeps restarting after putting in password for wifi


    I got my son a xbox 1s for christmas and i go to set it up and select english, select wifi network, put in password and after a few seconds it just restarts. Done this several times and samething. I Talked to xbox and they are saying its the internet service
    provider. Call isp and they are saying its xbox. Also xbox is saying i cant try to get back on for 24 hrs because it is being investigated? Wth sould i do? Just return it to get another one?

    Hello,

    I received my new xbox one s yesterday and it just keeps on restarting over and over. The farthest I can get to is putting in my wifi password then it restarts again...

    Does anyone else with an Xbox One X have Wi-Fi issues?

    I would try, change your wifi password (do not let anyone or any device to use this password yet) and restart your router. And hard reboot your XOX. Move wifi closer.

    If your problem is fixed, then, it is one of those problems.

    Note, the first instructions is to make sure Chromecast doesn't flood your wifi with retrospective data. Or other bad devices making bad connections. This includes some wifi adapter on PC starting to crash out your router. Happened to me on two different brands.

    My xbox is stuck on Hello screen after factory reset

    My Xbox one kept not connecting to the internet while the internet is good so I factory reset it and now it won’t let me get pass the set up screen I put English then USA type WiFi password then it either restarts to the beginning or says enter Mac after I enter it then it saying restarts and it keep going the same thing again

    Every 5 minutes my Xbox disconnects from live.

    Hi,

    I took of the power for one minute and restarted the console. After restarand a reset, i reconnected it with the internet, again. After entering the password for thw wifi and successful reconnect, it worked, again. Maybe it fixes your issue, too.
