keeps making me sign in my outlook account can't play game

Hi Matt,

My best advice would be to
sign into your Microsoft Account on your PC, and to make sure all your information is correct and current, including home address, payment options, etc. Also, please consider activating 2 step authentication, to make sure your account has that added layer
of security. I have several individuals that attempt to break into my account
daily, so it is very important to think about.

Hopefully these solutions will solve the issue you're experiencing.

If you are experiencing this issue on your Xbox console, make sure that NOBODY else has access to your sign in information. Once you have followed the above steps, it might be worth removing your account from your Xbox and re-downloading it. If you are unsure

when you log in to your Microsoft account on

It keeps telling me enforcement.xbox?

When i try to sign in to xbox app on iihone, it says “xbox wants to sign in to live.com” or some thing like that, And if I hit cancel, I can’t sign in, or if I hit continue, it automatically signs me in through the Gmail account which is connected to the
old unused Xbox account. There’s no option to sign in using my outlook credentials. So I cannot connect the iphone xbox app which is signed in through Google, to my Xbox series X, which is signed into the actual account I play on, with the outlook address.
That’s the heart of the problem. My series X is connected to Outlook, my phone and everything else is connected to Google because that’s what I actually use. the only reason I even have the Outlook account is because Microsoft tricked me into signing up for
it and it’s literally cost me dozens of wasted hours over the past 15 years trying to figure this problem out thanks Bill Gates hope that fraction of a penny helped

I am still prompted to purchase gold or ultimate even though it is being shared to me when I attempt to play online, it will deny me access if I say no. the only I have been able to play is if I sign in on both accounts and keep the one with the subscription signed in while I play on the other, this is acceptable for a few games but it becomes a problem when my account with a subscription is labeled as a child account making me unable to play certain games with it signed in (it's a long story but we can't change it from a child account and that's that's I made the 2nd one in the first place)
