keeps losing connection

So when you're disconnected and you subsequently run a LIVE connection test, no error messages come up? Is more info available at all? If so, can you please post here exactly what it says? Also, does this issue persist when you bypass your router and connect
directly to the modem?

Do you get any error messages? For example when joining the wireless network?

Could you try connecting the Xbox directly to the router with a network cable to test if it will still disconnect you?

ive had this issue a few times and it has been the mw servers and not xbox live they patch it pretty fast unless it is your internet connection then i would go through the help section of the xbox and try the suggested steps

Its been happening to me all year where when I first log in, it kicks me off my internet anywhere between 3-9 times before it finally settles down. I am connected by ethernet with the best connection available and have done all sorts of resets but I havent
found a fix. If you are able to play after a bit than its something we have to live with until the new console comes out or until an actual fix comes up.
