Keeps logging me out

I have two Xbox one S', I keep getting logged out of my main Xbox. My other one is not on, but when I unplug the other one I don't have a problem with my main one… I don't have auto login turned on, and even so my other Xbox shoukd and not be logging me
in while it's off…

Hello,

Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.

See if the above works for you.

 

Keeps logging me out !

I log in, it says connect to XBox live but I have a 12 month subscription with 11 months left. So I test the XBox live connection and it either says 1. The test was interrupted 2, your network is not set up 3, we don't know what is wrong or 4 your network
is good. I then go to play a game no it logs me out repeatedly and I don't get to play the games

We have a Ethernet cable in at the moment but also have tried Wifi but the same thing happens

I have an XBOX One S and got it on the 30.12.17 from Amazon as a birthday present.

Please help !

Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the main console to see if that helps.

How to Add or Remove a Microsoft Account from an Xbox One console Also, do you have both consoles set to instant on or energy saving mode? It's possible the console is turning on to update and that's somehow causing you to sign out. It could also be a network
issue, but check those things first and let us know how it goes!
