Keeps disconnecting from XBOX Live/Netflix

While watching Netflix, I get disconnected from XBOX Live like every 3 minutes. Error code: 0x87dd001a

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game

Xbox keeps disconnecting me from xbox live every time I go on a game. I don't know whats going on but it keeps disconnecting me and the if I go back on xbox home it reconnects me again.

 

Disconnected from Xbox LIVE

I'm at my girlfriend's house and we're trying to sign in as my account for Netflix (she only has silver, not gold) and it keeps saying "Disconnected from Xbox LIVE". I tested the connection, and everything's working, except when I try to sign in it keeps
telling me it's disconnecting. I don't know what to do at this point any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Try hard resetting your console (hold down the console power button for 8-10 seconds), then turning your console back on. This may fix your issue. If not, try disconnecting from your network and reconnecting.

 

I've tried all of this. Nothing worked

 

Have you attempted resetting your router? It sounds like it's more of an issue with your network, not the actual Xbox. But that will be easy to figure out by resetting your router. You should just have to turn it off for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

If that doesn't fix the issue then it'll point more towards an issue on the Xbox side.

 

Hi I have same problem like you,and after calling Xbox support and ATT U-VERSE ISP provider and resetting my Xbox and waiting on phone and waiting for ATT U-verse technicians to check my connection and everything in my house is working fine and good signal
except Xbox one and people from service don't know what to do ,so after talking with people from Xbox one support we decide to send box for service and see what is problem, I take Xbox one to Microsoft store and manager decide to see for himself and plug
my Xbox one and she is working fine but in my house is problem, but I steel decide to send my box for repair because is under warranty steel and i'm steel waiting from service center to let me know what they find but nothing from last 7 days. Please let me
know did you able to fix yours and how? I will post whatever i find out,Thank you.
