Keeps crashing to home

This has been an issue for about a month now. It seems to happen after a game updates, which are usually small maintenance updates. At first I thought it was game specific but now I'm thinking it's the Xbox as it continues to happen on different games from
different creators and hosts. (After 2 reinstalls I've got 1 semi-working)

Before the updates the games booted just fine; Now when I go to play the game (that's still not working), it shows the title screen for a few minutes then crashes back to the Xbox dashboard.

I've tried every single thing I've found online except for completely factory wiping my console.

I have deleted and reinstalled games, did a full reset (w/o game deletion), power cycled, removed local saved, made sure the right account was added (digital downloads), tried logging in from a different account, tried the switch resolution thing, Made sure
the NAT/Ports are open, but nothing.

The only games not working are ones doing minor updates in this past few weeks, all others are playing/booting correctly.

I have had the games installed for months and have played them fairly regularly.

While I have seen my share of glitches in both, this is the first time I've had trouble where the games are completely failing to boot and become unplayable.

I have no plans to completely wipe cloud data for either game; I've spent tons of time on both, worked hard for my gear, and leveled multiple characters to max levels or close to max. I also have no plan to factory reset the xbox, it has taken months to download
everything to it (the one game that's currently not working took weeks to do as it is so big).


If anyone can offer anything that can get this figured out, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Xb1 keeps crashing to home

Try holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds until the system powers off. Wait about a minute and start the console back up. This should help with Dead Rising 3. For the other two games this is an issue effecting EA games and a patch needs
to be released to correct it. My solution may help some but not fully

Keep crashing to home from different games keeps happening on FIFA but seems todo it on bf and dead rising too ? Why is it doing this

Try this, when you are on the main menu , press and HOLD 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec , restart and try to play.

If done correctly the console will reboot automatically.

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
