    Just installed the free trial to elder scrolls and decided to purchase full game. I paid and the game says installed. But when I try to start the game it keeps on asking for a code or an upgrade?

    Where to redeem $60 code for 1TB Gears of War Xbox one bundle

    I received a $60 holiday promo code when I purchased my xbox one for xmas. I tried to redeem the code online but it won't let me. It keeps asking for. 25 digit code. The code I have is only 9 digits. Where do I redeem it? I've tried everything.

    No err code is shown. Simply wont confirm credit card info. Im in a country not in the US, but keeps asking state. What to do? Cant purchase xbox gold no newly purchased game! Stuck!!@!!!

    Try disinstalling the game and re-install it. After disinstall it, you will find it in the "Ready to Install" section on your console.

    When it shows you what the code is for, it will then ask you to confirm it or not, just select no, that way you can still give the code to the person you purchased it for.

    Asking for codes is not allowed on the forums and as stated on the codes when you purchase them, Microsoft does not exchange codes. Unfortunately if you have already added the code to your account, there is nothing that can be done.
