Are the games we get through our gold membership for the 360 still playable even after your gold subscription expires? Just a really quick question if someone could answer. Thanks.

Question about XBOX One Games With Gold

I'm aware that on XBOX One, Games With Gold works differently then XBOX 360. If your Gold membership expires, you can no longer play your downloaded free Games With Gold on the XBOX One. However, my question is, if my membership expires, but after 1 month
I renew my Gold Membership, will I then be able to play my downloaded free Games With Gold or have I lost them forever once the membership expires?

Both Xbox one and Xbox 360 games need to be download to play

Xbox 360 - The Game with Gold games belong to you once you get it, you can continue to play them even when your gold membership expires

Xbox One - You will require gold membership to play the games. Once your gold membership expires, you lose access to all your Game with Gold free games

No, you have not spent any money to get it. If you have gold, then the game is given away for free, and the fact it is an Xbox 360 game means you can keep it even after your gold expires.

I miss the good old 360 days where you could keep playing your games even if Gold expired.

the GwG 360 games are still yours to play even if your Gold expires. it is only the Xbox One games that require an active Gold subscription.

Only Xbox 360 games that is part of the Games with Gold will be playable after Gold expires.

Xbox one titles will need an active gold subscription to be able to play them.
