    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of Killer Instinct?
    • Are you signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the in-game content?
    • Are you experiencing issues with accessing in-game contents on other games as well?

    With your Microsoft account signed in, visit this
    page     to access your order history and check if the purchased in-game content is there.
