    anyone no why i keep getting signed out of xbl when i click an app or play game or i go to dashboard ive been a member for like 4 years this is my third account im at that point of quiting

    I think I can answer your question here and please leave a like if this helps you at all.

    I would first like to ask and point out that if you have another device with your YouTube credentials saved or signed in last, this could cause YouTube to use that device as your primary and only device for their service, ie. PS4, smartphone, etc.. Remove
    YouTube apps from all other devices and only sign in on your Xbox device or device you plan to use most frequently, otherwise you will have to continue to link your Xbox console as YouTube only allows you to link 1 device at a time.

    Hello there keep signing out :)

    After researching this for you i can see they have been quite a few who have had this issue for a while, i would advise deleting the app off the Xbox and any saved data and then reinstalling it, heres how:
    support.xbox.com/.../app-help

    If it continues come back to the forums or contact support chat!

    I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars time and time again on Xbox and Xbox accessories I pay for my account every year I've lost a few accounts and always bit the bullet and started over but the fact of the matter is I can't afford to go to the
    one just because they want me too I work my rear off for everything I have as is I just want to stop getting kicked offline I pay good money for good service if I wanted crap service and to not pay for it i would go to PlayStation but Xbox has always had a
    higher quality standard until recently maybe it is time to start looking into other systems if Xbox can't supply the quality I pay for with every dlc year of live I buy for my self and my family members

    Wow I've been having problems with this since the Xbox one came out on my 360 and couldn't find a solution until now.. That really helped.

    Hi,

    Try to delete your profile (profile only), clear your cache (3 times), and then download your profile again. See if that solves the issue you're experiencing with signing out everytime you start a game.

    To delete your profile (profile only):

    Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Select your storage device > Gamer Profiles > Delete the gamertag you're having this issue with. Make sure when deleting you select Delete Profile Only.

    Clear your cache (3 times in a row):

    Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Highlight your storage device and press Y > Clear System Cache > Press Yes. Make sure to do this step 3 times in a row.

    Re-download your profile:

    Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller and go to Download Profile. Enter in your e-mail/password and it will begin to re-download your profile.

    Please Note: If you're using 2-Step Verification you will need to use the Application Password that you generated upon setting up 2-Step and not your normal password. This is again, only if you have 2-step verification enabled.
