    Keep receiving "messaging isn't working on your account" when i try to send messages. help?


    So its been 32 hours since I've first noticed this problem, and I've talked to two separate Techs about this issue. my Xbox account cannot send messages, doesn't matter if its on the console i or my windows 10 and android app. My account itself is in good
    stand with a perfect record, the one tech guy told me to change my security info and see if that helps in 24 hours but i don't see how that would reflect to my messaging. Hoping to find someone who had a similar issue who can help me out, I'm pretty frustrated..

    I can't send or reply to any messages

    I don't have any suspension ever and I have not been able to send or reply to messages at all on my account when I try to send messages it tells me "message didn't send messaging isn't working for your account fix messaging"

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What happens when you try to send a message via your Xbox One? Are you able to send messages via Xbox.com or using a smartphone's Xbox app? Double check your account's privacy settings to be sure they are set appropriately
    to send/receive messages. Also be sure your
    security proofs are updated    .

    Hey Xbox Gamer,

    Sorry to hear about this account problem. Seeing as it is an account issue, I suggest you try a

    Password Reset,     to sync it up and try sending a message afterwards. If this doesn't work, provide what error message you are receiving when the message fails to send.

    I have this issue in this website, appears "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages" and when i try the first time to send a message in the Xbox app apears "Check your account, the messagers are not working, and send my to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging".

    I would try to use the phone app and see if that works to isolate the issue. How you tried power cycle?
