keep receiving checking xbox services messages

Could you describe these messages please so we can help you better?

i have seen this problem occur with people who are in the preview program. it should fix itself on the next update otherwise it does take some time, i recommend checking the messages through xbox.com, or the xbox app.

Check the Xbox status page. If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is working again.

I checked, it confirms that I have Xbox Live Gold and that it expires on January 2017, but when I try to use online services on my xbox, I receive a message saying that I don't have Live Gold
