    I for one am really getting tired of being trapped by the legal noose Miscrosoft AND XBOX think they have over those of us that use the services. And I'm completely fed up with the rude, ignorant insinuations Microsoft has as part of their "It's the Customers
    Fault, Always" campaign..

    Regardless of the issue, they have an air of... "Well You'll deal with it because You signed the Terms of Service".

    2 months ago I was dupped into buying more games to obtain special "early access" content, only to get it the same day as the rest of the world!

    Banned in game without a fair process or notification of my infracture, One Week Ban limit expressed by the Game Publisher was ignored and the ban is still in effect.

    Unacceptably long periods of XBox live un-availability by the XB360, while my XB One can connect with no problem.....

    Xbox live Problem FIX IT!!!

    its the standard connection failed message

    its so stupid when i pay for live and xbox cant keep live up, many of my friends have the same problem -.-

    Copyrighted gamertags?

    It is still a false claim no?

    I would think gamertags are public domain and free from copyright?
    If the user who's gamertag was in your video didn't give you permission to use their name/image in the video, or if you didn't tell them they were being recorded, they could have requested YouTube take down.

    No different from recording/photographing anyone - if you don't tell them they are being recorded or have their permission to record/photograph them, they have a right to have it removed.

    I connected in different locations with different internet connections, is there any way to photograph my offline achievements and send them to xbox live for confirmation that I got them? It just seems like a waste of time otherwise.

    recording instant clips needs to be instant. Not delayed by a buch of buttons. The looping 5 minutes I can see.. and I can see MS disabling a button sequence to record just to keep those on the fence needing to keep their K2's connected
