keep on getting kicked before the match starts

keep on getting kicked of my warzone match do to my game mode option keeps turing on and off by itself result is me getting kicked back to the home screen , the game loads but as soon as i start a match in warzone the game mode turns off and i get kicked i have tried so far 1 factory reset , 2 unstall then reinstall 3 i have bought a new hdmi cable the best buy employee help me pick out said that should work 4 turning it on and off manually, im out of ideas on what too do someone plase help!!!

but im not the only one having this problem my brother is too, but how would i go about getting in touch with the creators of this game can you help me out thier if not thank you for replying

Since you already tried all the troubleshooting steps;However the issue still persists and you are encountering the issue with just this game, it would be best to contact the developer of the game Activision support for further assistance.

i also keep getting kicked at the start if i try to join a match, along with the message (ui error 17741)

I was able to play one game before it kicked me. When I tried to start back up, it just wouldn't find anyone through Match Making. Campaign it is.
