Keep on disconnecting from Xbox live with Wireless adapter on Xbox 360 Elite.

I have a black wireless adapter and i have full bars on my wireless connection. I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live and this makes it difficult to play any online games. Any solutions?

I am constantly getting logged out when I want to play a game or even connect to an app on my 360. I am reading this thread and the forum and i am still at a loss, I am also plugged into my modem and I am still getting this problem accruing. . . HELP PLEASE

any solution to this? i have the same modem and constantly get kicked out of parties and chats and booted from xbox live while trying to play COD Ghosts. very annoying.
