Keep losing gamerscore

Hello. For the second time in only a few weeks, I've lost a significant chunk of my gamerscore. This time and the last time, it was nearly half my score. The first time it came back, but it took 3 days. Now here we are a short time later and it's happened
again. I've been with Xbox for a very long time and I've never before had this issue. My research suggests it's a very rare occurrence, so the fact that it's happened twice in such a short time period worries me. Is there some reason this keeps happening to
me? It's not happening to anyone else I know. Thanks for your time.

Forum moderators are just regular users like you and me who volunteer to keep the population here under control. They aren't employees of Microsoft.

The chances of running into an employee in the general sections are slim indeed. The only guaranteed place would be the Suspensions and Ban section and they only handle enquiries about....well suspensions and bans.

You could try the support sections but most questions posted tend to be answered by Ambassadors, who are also just regular users of the forum and not employees

Yes, the people in this thread had the same problem.

Surely you knew this as you posted in it several hours ago.

 

It's just a glitch that seems to happen from time to time for no known reason.
