Keep losing Family plan family

Family plan doesn't exist anymore either. The other advice applies.

The Home Xbox setting is one you, the account owner, place on a single console. All users of that single console can access any content you own, even when you yourself are not signed in. That benefit extends ONLY to that single console.

How are you using the setting, so that other readers may get an idea of what is going on? What errors are you seeing?

but i don't get it, you set all your kid's accounts as home on your xbox and for a while everyhting is fine but then they "unset" itself?

What I recommend, if they keeps changing, is to set up a passkey to be asked for either when you sign into Xbox or when your profile goes to settings. It's like a PIN that was designed to help prevent unauthorized purchases and things like that. For steps
