keep losing connection whilst steaming

Holding the power button down until the light goes off, then turning back on again has, I would guess, about 80% chance of working. Often I have to repeat this several times before I can stream with no problems.

However this doesn't last, if I shut down the xbox, the next time I try to stream, I receive the same "network quality problems", and "we have lost the connection to your xbox"

It used to run perfectly, but has somewhat recently started having this problem (maybe about 6 months) .

I've run the streaming test, it comes back with no issues.

I've tried running at the lowest quality - has the same issue.

I have made sure both my console and app are up to date.

I've logged out , and then logged back in on both the app, and my console

I've disconnected the xbox and laptop from the network, restarted everything, then connected again.

It's getting painful xd

i can Not connect to XBL at all run my test and connection is good net is good gets to the XBL it fails i dont know whats going on played fine last night i know my net is working i went to my router info made sure it was open it is cause i even went back
and redid it but nope not getting in XBL what gives?

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? AT&T

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

HI I have the same error code when trying to install the update:351f-0000-3080-0503-8007-2af9

Unfortunately nothing on the page that mister fitzer gave a ink to helped. however i aso have another problem in that my profile which i transferred from my old xbox 360 pro consoe hard drive has been rejected as invaid and not able to connect to xbox live
my console is the new 360s 250gb with no kinect

 

oh forgot to add, this happens on both versions. (beta & non)

I have also made sure nothing is too far from, or too close to each other, and nothing is in between.
