Keep losing connection to xbox live

Xbox support is so useless I swear, I've tried rebooting the modem, xbox360, clearing cache and even turned the modems firewall off so it wasn't blocking any information.. yet I still constantly disconnect.

The connection is wireless, the signal is always shown as 3 or 4 bars, and have speeds of 50 mbps and 10 mbps (download, upload), so why do I keep disconnecting?

I have been having this problem the last four to five days, I have taken every step to try to reset my modem, router even tried to mess with ip adress and the dns server but nothing seems to be working. Everytime I run a test on my connection it says that
everything is connected and up and running but when i go to sign in it says i lost connection. It keeps coming up with this error status report when I press Y,

X: 0000- F001

Y: 20A8- 4840

Z: 0000- 0000

ID FFFF- FFFF

L: 0015- 10F1

Q: 0015- 10F1

T: Wired

A: 192.168.1.101/255.255.255.0

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

Try resetting your motem and if that doesn't work I would probably change your settings to factory settings. Also, this happens sometimes because of Parental Controls. If your parents set up parental controls that only allow you to play for certain amounts
of time that might also be the issue.
