    That pop-up will appear every time you access a new page on the site. You can close the pop-up via the small "X" in the top right corner of the pop-up. Note that when you sign in, the page reloads with a different pop-up message, which is why you see another
    pop-up when you log in.

    Don't be signed in when you boot the game up just wait for start screen then sign in, the update will pop up then choose to download this was stated on the first page by other players and it works.
