    Keep gold active for 12 consecutive months


    So I'm sure my gold has been active consecutively for more than 12 months but I didn't receive any gems for that? May is when I renew my gold every year so will i receive my gems before Xbox rewards transition to Microsoft rewards?

    There are no offers to earn Credits for Gold renewals. However, with the recent launch of our Gems feature, there is a MyChallenge for continuous Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. From the FAQ:

    Since gems only started on October 1, it is not possible to have completed that offer.
    It doesn't say, "Keep XBL Gold for 12 months from October 1"

    It just says "active for 12 consecutive months".

    As stated in the FAQ, perks and Gems were only created in October. We do not award activity done before they existed, so it would not be possible to have 12 months consecutive Gold or Game Pass at this point in time.
