Keep getting the message download stopped on two games of gold games

I bought two games of gold games, sniper and tombraider, and both downloads keeps stopping. The games of gold of this month did download perfectly.

Is it because I renewed my gold account last month? Of do I have another problem. I really would like to play the two games.

Sniper Elite V2 not downloading

Hi, I went to download Sniper Elite on games with gold and I just keep on getting the message "can't download"

My internet connection is fine, what is causing this?

 

Can't play downloaded games.

Two of my downloaded games have stopped working. Happy Wars and Minecraft.

I keep getting a message saying "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again."

I have tried downloading the games again. Multiple times. I've even followed the troubleshooting advice to delete the game, clear cache, restart, and then re-download the game. Nope. Still not working.

First, Happy Wars started doing this after an update a while back.

Now, a few weeks later, Minecraft is doing the same thing. This is getting to be pretty frustrating.

All of the other downloaded games are working, though, I believe these are the only two that have online play. I know I'm connected to xbox live... I'm able to delete and re-download games.

I'm completely at a loss as to what is going on and how to fix it.

What is your actual physical region?

Us foreign bases dont count as the us because of using foreign isp services

Non continential us territories have a different geoip too

Your account region and actual region has to match for most triple A titles including gears of war and tombraider

 

Also what is your speedtest.net result and connection type

If your account region matches your actual region you kay try hardreseting your modem and router

 

Region is Europe , The netherlands.

The game of gold of April downloaded as normal, no problems. Only when I want to download the games from Februari/March I get the message download stopped.

 

When we say region we mean your country and yes it has to be the same

Since it is popular to use the uk instead of netherlands

Question is your account region netherlands or uk?

If you are in netherlands and using an uk account that would be why

Using a vpn wont work

For the best experience with xbox live your account region has to match your actual region

 

With any triple a title they usually has region locks

Using the website to bypass the filters wont work either
