    Keep getting signed out


    Someone keeps signing into my Xbox account on my Xbox one and I don't know how to stop it and I dont know who it I. Is there a way I can take my account off of any other consoles?

    Keep getting signed out

    I keep getting signed out when I open and close a game. All games, not just one. This includes downloaded and ones on disc. I have cleared the cache, turned the unit off and on, unplugged it.

    Hey there Ange1OfDeath95!



    Two things you may want to try...



    FIrst, try turning off your modem/router for a minute so that you get a fresh connection with your xbox...



    Also, you can try clearing your cache.



    ◦Clear System Cache



    1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    2.Select Storage or Memory.

    3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

    4.Select Clear System Cache.

    5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    Keep getting signed out?

    I was online for about 2 hours after it came back up and didn't have any issues. Maybe a power cycle for your router and modem is in order.
