    Keep getting signed out


    So everytime I sign in to xbox live on my 360 it signs me out and completely and quits whatever I'm doing at the time about an hour or so after I log in and then every hour after that. Almost like clockwork. It doesn't happen on my xbox one, just the 360.
    I'm connected through wifi not ethernet cable, could that be the issue? Idk but it's really irritating when I'm in the middle of a show or game and I lose everything i was doing and i have to re-log in to all of my apps AND xbox live...any help, ideas or suggestions

    Keep getting signed out?

    I was online for about 2 hours after it came back up and didn't have any issues. Maybe a power cycle for your router and modem is in order.

    Is it game specific? Do you only have one console in your house?

    Hey UnfeelingWand! I would suggest changing your password which would force the other console to enter it when trying to sign in. Thanks!

    Are you trying to use a realm? Realms can only be accessed online and you'd need to remain connected to access them.
