keep getting signed out

Hi everyone,

I was playing Red Dead 2 (local) and I was suddenly signed out, I thought it was a glitch, I turned off the xbox and went out for a few hours. Tonight I started playing again, signed in normally, and 30 minutes after I got signed out again, I signed back
in, and 30 seconds afterwards I got signed out again... I changed my Outlook password, but now I can't even log in again, nor even enter my new password on my xbox, I chose my profil and it keeps loading and loading forever.

Is someone using my account even though I changed my password? What can I do?

I was online for about 2 hours after it came back up and didn't have any issues. Maybe a power cycle for your router and modem is in order.

Is it game specific? Do you only have one console in your house?

Hey UnfeelingWand! I would suggest changing your password which would force the other console to enter it when trying to sign in. Thanks!

Are you trying to use a realm? Realms can only be accessed online and you'd need to remain connected to access them.
