Keep getting signed out

i signed into a friends Xbox once and now he has access to my gamertag and keeps signing in. This is very annoying as it signs me out and kicks me off my games! I've been on my Microsoft account and the resent activity doesnt even show Xbox (Pointless).
I also changed my microsoft account password, but that hasnt been asked for on my Xbox (again - pointless). I really have no idea what im supposed to do to secure my xbox account.

Keep getting signed out

I keep getting signed out when I open and close a game. All games, not just one. This includes downloaded and ones on disc. I have cleared the cache, turned the unit off and on, unplugged it.

Two things you may want to try...

FIrst, try turning off your modem/router for a minute so that you get a fresh connection with your xbox...

Also, you can try clearing your cache.

◦Clear System Cache

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage or Memory.

3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Hi There,

This sounds like someone has access to your profile on another console, do you perhaps have your profile installed on a friends console? They may be signing into your profile. If you do not know who it maybe I would recommend changing your password for your
account so that person can no longer sign into your profile.

I created your own thread about your issue to better assist you.

Regarding this situation if you are being signed out of an Xbox One console and it is saying you have been signed in elsewhere. That means that your Gamertag is being signed into from another Xbox One so it disconnects you. There may be a friend or family
members house where you left your account able to instantly sign in. To fix this issue you can just change your password and it will stop your account from being able to be signed in elsewhere unless they have the new password check out this link.
