Keep getting signed out for no reason. I can't play a games or apps

Discus and support Keep getting signed out for no reason. I can't play a games or apps in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; keep getting signed out every time I get ready to play a game or App. Even sometimes before I can even click on the game or app. Please help me out....   2. Please help I keep getting signed out for no reason

    Ok so whenever I sign into my account and play a game it signs me out and I'm trying to buy an avatar dreesup and whenever I go into the store it signs me out. Even when I try to change a
    setting, it signs me out. I don't get signed out of Xbox Live but out of my account or profile itself. Please help!! Thanks!

    Hey there Mercenary!

    From what you have described, it could be that your gamer profile might have become corrupted.

    Before you go ahead with the following steps, please verify that your console can connect to Xbox LIVE properly.

    Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. Make sure you have a solid connection to LIVE. If so, delete your gamer profile, (Delete Profile Only) restart your console and recover/download your profile from LIVE.

    How to safely delete profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

    Let's start out with a full power cycle of your Xbox One (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds). If you're still having trouble with that let's try removing your profile from the Xbox One, power cycle once more, and then add it back.

    Once you gives those a try, keep us in the loop with how it goes.

    Cannot log in to games on gamepass

    Hi there,

    I gave that a try, no effect. However for some reason i managed to get it working by doing the following:

    Disable automatic startup
    sign out of the app
    while signed out of the app, select a game to play from the list on the left

    Press play

    It will then sign in in the game

    For some reason it then seems to work
