Keep getting reported when my team loses a match.

So, I continue to get reported when my team loses a match in Overwatch Competitive. I was on Avoid Me for two months, and it just switched back to Needs Work yesterday. Today I played one match of competitive and we lost, and I got a message from someone
on my team saying that they were going to report me because we lost, and because my reputation was Needs Work. He kept swearing in a lot of his messages. I reported the swearing messages as well as the ones where he admits that he's only reporting me because
we lost, and because I didn't play the character he wanted me to play. Well, 5 minutes later my account was back on Avoid Me, which prevents me from playing the game. I'm done playing that game because I'm tired of kids reporting me for no reason, but I
would like my account switched back to Needs Work since I've done nothing wrong. I have all of the messages and can provide proof if necessary, but it's not fair that my reputation keeps getting effected by kids that can't accept a loss in a video game.

Why does my team lose the match when its a simulated game,i cant win the league when ive lost 10 sim matches all ready. can you buy players to make your team better

False Enforcement Action Ban

I played a Ranked Match in Rainbow Six Siege and someone called 'bunkton' (verified) was in OUR team and killed US and made us lose, so I reported him/her. After 15 minutes i got banned from communication (sending messages and parties) for ''bad behavior''.

I want the Xbox Enforcement Team to remove my ban since there is no evidence that I had a bad behavior, Thanks.

Well, people tend to leave when they're losing and the match of almost over, so most of time time, you'll get put in a match with no way to turn it around and on the losing team.

Teabagging isn't as popular as in Halo or CoD.

If you mostly do quick match, it's going to put you on the side with fewer players. The reason that side has fewer players is because they are losing, and people quit when they are losing. I have experienced the same thing. Most nights I just jump on for
a match or two, do quick match, get put on a bad team, and lost much more than I win. On those rare nights when I can stay in the same squad and match all night with my friends, we win much more than we lose.

I've lost count how many times I'm in a gang match and a lot of players on the losing team start rage quitting. Oddly enough the other day when my team, the winning team, most of the players on my side left and we ended-up losing because we were out-matched.
No thanks to those cowards, they caused my team to lose. What I hate about Grab The Bag is when idiots camp by the box so we can't put the bag in. I hate campers. If they like camping so much why don't they buy a tent and sleeping bag.

If you are put into the end of losing match deal with it LIKE A MAN. I like the probation because it improves the game for the MAJORITY. The minority of you whiny brats that quit as soon as you start losing deserve what you get.

And what about getting thrown into a losing match? I love it. I love personally turning around a TDM. Or coming into a losing TDM match where nobody on my team uses rockets (coincidence that you're losing?) a just start shooting down everything.
