Keep getting randomly signed out of Xbox live

Hello all.

I've been having issues where I keep getting signed out of Xbox live during gaming. For example: today I was playing GTA Online and I invited my friend to play with me and the game says I've been signed out of Xbox live. I press the guide button and I've
been signed out. I have no idea what it could be. It's been happening for a while now. Anyone experienced the same thing?

Have you tried safely deleting your profile, clearing your system cache, and re-downloading your profile? Follow these steps:



Sign out of your Gamer Tag Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller and Press the Blue X to
Sign Out



Delete Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller

2) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

3) Select Storage

4) Select the device with your profile

5) Select Profiles

6) Select your Gamer Tag

7) Select Delete

8) Select Delete Profile Only



Clear System Cache:

1) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

2) Select Hard Drive

3) Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y (Device Options)

4) Select Clear System Cache and select Yes

5) Repeat steps 2 thru 4 two more times so that your Cache is cleared 3 times

Turn off your console and start it back up.

Download Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox 360 controller

2) On the Home tab, select Download Profile

I keep Getting Signed out randomly

if i'm not doing anything or if i load something i will get signed out randomly. I don't know why. I know my account is not hacked because it would have said someone signed onto my account on a different console. Plz help me this is getting annoying.

 

Hello, That is an internet connection issue, use the Xbox-settings-Network-Detailed statistics and you should have as Minimum, download of 1.5 and upload of .75, you want a low latency and an Open NAT

 

Yes! It is so annoying to be watching a movie or playing a game and suddenly be disconnected! I'm getting really disgusted!
