    Keep getting "one time access codes" I have NOT asked for


    Not sure if this is right place but I keep getting emails giving me one time access codes I didn't ask for, it says my account is secure but if my email isn't then is there a way to 2FA my account or is it already? Or can I change my email address associated with my account and still keep all my purchase history.

    Hi there!

    If the verification codes you received from your email are for accessing your own account, then it's possible that someone is trying to get access to it. I suggest that you secure your email account by changing its password and add two-factor authentication if it's a 3rd party email address so the hacker won't be able to get into your email and acquire those codes.

    I used a redeem code to get it, but the code only works once, and it is a one time code from Mojang.

    And I not only cant use my normal account, I cant access the xbox signin page.
