If you go in to manage game and addons, is there a pending update or an update running? Only thing I can think of off the top of my head

Yes I have an external hd 2tb. It is all set up.

I insert a new disc and the Xbox will not initiate the installation process.

It took me 3 months to finally get Kingdom Hearts 3(used) installed.

I received Star Wars squadrons (new)

And when I insert the disc it won’t initiate the install process either.

I get no error messages and I’m confused as to why there is no manual install feature.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

I got Star wars: Battlefront and installed it digitally. It said it was ready to start and it worked. Once it finished installing, it told me to put my disc in whenever I go to run it but I have no disc. Help!

whatever game is installed will download the updates automatically, it will then appear in the games menu with a star in the corner and installation stopped will show, when you put the disc in it will finalise the last 1% and the game should be ready to
play straight away.

i get this message when trying to play star wars battlefront 2, which is backwards compatible?
