Keep getting logged out randomly after latest firmware (Omega), and are unable to login again ...

After the latest firmware update (Omega ring), I keep getting logged out randomly, and are unable to login again until I restart the console. The console repeatedly keeps asking for my password. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am unable to report this issue using the Xbox Insider Hub app as it errors out on me (problem with screenshot file, or unable to collect data).

right after i download latest firmware last nite.. Xbox 360 freezes when accessing xbox dashboard while logged into xbox live.. if logged on local user or skip login it will be fine.. login xbox live after a game start it is fine too.. please provide fix/patch..

I recommend you try this first
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console and if it continues to give you problems you may have to try this How to reset
your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. (Keep in mind you will need your Microsoft Account Email and password to recover your profile.) With those steps you should be able to at least access the Insider Hub App to report the problems your having
with your preview program update.

Thanks for pointing me to the reddit forum. There I found out another update is pending. I'll see if that fixes the issue once it reaches my console.

 

Make sure to report the problem threw the console with the
report a problem tool if you're able. These types of issues are what the Xbox Insider program is for. They'll definitely want some data provided directly from the console the issue is present on.

 

Okay, I applied the update (Omega Ring 1810 Update - 10/6/18), but not without problems.





Eventually I managed to finish the update successfully after I ejected the 360 game disc that were inserted. So far I haven't been logged out randomly, but the Edge webbrowser has gone missing. I'm seriosly considering doing a full factory reset.

 

After yet another update (Omega Ring 1810 Update - 10/7/18), which went smoothly for once (possibly because I didn't have a disc inserted) my issues seems to be resolved. I haven't experienced any random logouts, and Edge is back. The Report a problem feature
still gives me some grief but I have managed to file a few reports anyway.

 

The issue with getting signed ut randomly came back and became so bad that I ended up doing a Factory Reset (keeping games & apps installed). That seems to have resolved all my issues. If anyone else have this issue, I recommend doing that.
