    Keep Getting Knocked Off XBOX Live


    No matter what I do, if I go wireless, or am hardwired, I am trying to play a game, and keep getting knocked off xbox live and is getting very old and frustrating!

    Discount for Xbox Live Gold Membership?

    I been with Xbox Live for 5 years now, just wondering, has anybody called Microsoft and checked to see if they could keep their Gold Membership while getting a few bucks knocked off.

    Same here. I keep getting knocked off of live even when I can get connected. It has cost me much silver in World of Tanks ever time this happens.

    Sorry to hear about the disconnects you're getting, be sure to run through this page for random

    Disconnects on the Xbox 360    . If that doesn't work, let's have you re-download your profile by pressing the guide button on the controller and scrolling down to 'Download profile'. Re-enter your account information and try playing to see if that helps with
    your disconnections.

    It also knocked me off of xbox live when I was playing as well, thought it was my own internet but just remember that the game will run even if offline for atleast an hour and getting disconnected from internet usually doesn't knock you completely off your
    account to default green dash.
