    Keep getting kicked out of the game (>_<)


    For the past 4-5 days I keep getting kicked out of the game, either while trying to send or receive gifts or after I select how many tickets I want to use. It says I have a connection problem but diagnostic tests show no problems and there's no issues accessing
    other sites either, so any help would be appreciated!!

    Hi!

    Check that your internet connection has no pack loss. It also tests to verify the type of

    NAT     assigned.

    Keep getting kicked out of games

    so I can connect to Xbox LIVE and go into the game. When I go to play a multiplayer match, it not only takes a long time to load into the game, but it will only let me play about 1.5 mins of the match until it kicks me out and gives me this error: “lost connection
    to host/server. Connection timed out” I’ve been able to play without problems until the most recent December update, now I get that error message every time I try to play a game. I’ve gone through support stuff and changed stuff on my router, but none of it
    worked. I don’t really know what else to do, I need help badly.

    Re download your profile without deleting your profile. That is what I did.

    Have you attempted to delete your profile, then clear the system cache, reboot, and re-download the profile from the LIVE servers? Many times drops like this occur due to profile corruption pending everything else checks out fine.

    Are you connected with an ethernet cable or wifi? Also do you use Xbox Live for gaming? If so, do you experience lag or get kicked from games often? Finally, what is your net speed up and down (www.speedtest.net)
