    Keep getting kicked out of app after ads


    I play the free app with ads but every time a store ad such as Sears or Kmart runs I get immediately kicked out of the app. If the ad that runs is for a game app then it gives me a button to close and then continues to the solitaire game. Unfortunately
    most of the ads have been store ads so I am having a lot of trouble getting all the way to my game. Please help.

    We get kicked out constantly when accessing streaming services through the Xbox. Also, when we do watch things, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to load. Thinking about switching to Roku fully because we are so frustrated with Xbox right now.

    Have you attempted to delete your profile, then clear the system cache, reboot, and re-download the profile from the LIVE servers? Many times drops like this occur due to profile corruption pending everything else checks out fine.
