keep getting kicked from party

so like after 10-30mn in a party i get kicked out of it. i have made like 4 or 5 posts regarding this issue, and i still get no help

This was a known bug with the Alpha Ring of the Preview Program. That issue should have been mitigated with last night's update. If you're still running into problems, leave feedback via the console feedback app and then head over to the

Keep getting kicked from party

I want to see if anyone can help me out on this. I keep getting kicked from the xbox live party my connections fine only time it happens is when I launch a game. Started yesterday

 

Are you wired or wireless ? Whichever it is try the other , NAT is open I presume, and EXACTLY what type of modem and router are you using ? the router is almost ALWAYS the bad guy when it comes to disconnections. ..

 

Do you happen to be part of the Preview Program for Xbox One ?

It seems like a little bug that your console is probably having at the moment, would you try this troubleshoot please? Thank you and let us know if it works

Troubleshoot for Xbox One

Go up to the console and hold the power button until the console shut down

Unplug the power brick from the console, unplug the power brick, and from the wall

While everything is unplugged hold the power button on the console for about 3 seconds and do that 3 times

Wait about 2 minutes before plugging everything back in

Then turn on your console, and everything should work now

 

i already tried that and i noticed that whenever i go check my messages it lags really bad and i get kicked from the party, i have ALOT of messages.

 

I'm sorry about that, lets try something different!

Troubleshoot for Xbox One

Go to Settings>Remove Accounts

Remove the profile that you are currently using

And then go ahead and do a power cycle again

Turn on the console

Re-add the profile
