    Keep getting kicked from games


    Il get about 5 mins into a game and I recieve the message lost connection to host, it then takes me to the start menu telling me I need an active xbox live connection despite being online. I've reset my modem, disconnected from the network and re installed
    the game. My network is fine as it just happens on this game any idea why?

    I'm sorry about that, lets try something different!

    Troubleshoot for Xbox One

    Go to Settings>Remove Accounts

    Remove the profile that you are currently using

    And then go ahead and do a power cycle again

    Turn on the console

    Re-add the profile

    i already tried that and i noticed that whenever i go check my messages it lags really bad and i get kicked from the party, i have ALOT of messages.

    You would be better of posting in the support forum .

    Try and give as much info as you can , like your provider , speeds , nat etc.

    This was a known bug with the Alpha Ring of the Preview Program. That issue should have been mitigated with last night's update. If you're still running into problems, leave feedback via the console feedback app and then head over to the

    Are you wired or wireless ? Whichever it is try the other , NAT is open I presume, and EXACTLY what type of modem and router are you using ? the router is almost ALWAYS the bad guy when it comes to disconnections. ..
