    I keep getting harassed at least twice a week by the same person I have reported them to xbox many many times for the past year and a half under hate speech and bullying and nothing has been done about it he just keeps coming back with a new profile he just made so I'm asking when will Microsoft actually take real action towards this person and I just found out 3 weeks ago he harasses not only me but 1 other member of my community so he could be doing this to so many others and idk what to do about this guy since the report system isnt really doing much

    Hello, The. Thanks for reaching out! My name is Lucas, and I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user just like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

    The only thing we users can do about harassement is reporting and blocking. Probably this person is being banned but is being able to create another Microsoft/Xbox account to keep doing this.

    The person can even receive a console ban and still be able to purchase other console and keep the harassment. Unfortunately there's so much we players or even Xbox can do.

    Even if Xbox ban a person by the IP, the person can use a proxy or VPN and bypass it. The person can also change the MAC Address and a lot of other things. So I'm really sorry about this, but pretty much all bans can be "bypassed" somehow.

    I'm really sorry about this and I hope you understand.

    As a gamer all you can do is report the harassing account or block it from further harassment.

    After that keep playing as every report gets investigated before a decision is taken

    If he keeps trying to contact you, you should start thinking about getting a restraining order. What he is doing is harassment, and it is a crime.

    If someone harasses you online just report them and block them from further harassment. After that keep playing and observe the Code of Conduct.

    Wow a Mod removed name but did not leave no reply to this guys post great job. Hey Boss just report them in game and then to xbox. after that you can block him as well that helps a lot hope things get better for you Boss...
