keep getting errors on my xbox one even though i follow the troubleshooting steps

I followed the troubleshoot steps but now when I turn on my xbox my screen is just black. I held down the xbox button and turned the console back on but it is still black. I also factory reset the xbox last night and today when the games are done downloading
the xbox is not working now.

if this keeps happening it might be worth the shot to try a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed)

Keep in mind that you will have to redownload the profiles on the console after the reset and this requires the account credentials for those profiles.

Thanks for the update with your reply. As your screen has now gone black, even after a full factory reset (as you indicated that you had to re-download your games), its possible that you've had an error with a system update (like an E-type error, etc
usually does) and may benefit from performing an offline system update to the console to see if that will allow it to get back up and running normally. You'll need access to a PC and a flash drive with at least 6 Gb of space.

need help with system updates on my Xbox One - Xbox One System Update Solution. It would be a good idea as well to get your flash drive formatted prior to following the instructions for the offline update as well and you can find the instructions for this
simple action in the following support article: How to format a flash drive to NTFS on Windows.

Select "I need to update my console offline", then your type of console, get the OSU1 file downloaded to your PC by clicking the green link #2 of the steps on the page that follows. Should the offline system update fail, then you may
need to go ahead and set your console up for repair or servicing: Device service and replacement.

I've been trying to start my xbox one since yesterday. It doesn't even load the home or anything, i just keep getting the error screen with the two following options: "restart this xbox" and "troubleshoot". I tried following the
steps written in the support page. I can't do the hard reset and keep my games, i only get the option to remove everything. I tried to do the offline update, but when the update download is at 70%, the xbox shuts down and goes to that annoying error screen
again. I think this problem may be related to the update. What can I do to fix this without having to delete everything?
