keep getting error code when trying to launch game

Have had this issue multiple times now i have downloaded dirt rally 2.0 from game pass and it works fine but everytime i turn my pc off and then try to play next time i get an error code that reads:

DiRT Rally 2.0 (Windows) can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.

The game is still there and still installed i can see it but the icon becomes fadded and it will not launch from the start menu or the xbox beta app any help would be great thanks

Have you restarted your PC after you installed the game?

I have restarted the pc multiple times done everything i can honestly i don't know if its a bug or what sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't today it just fully disappeared from my pc.

I am having similar problem where the game just completely disappear from the game library. Xbox live treats it as it was not installed, even though files are still present on the game drive. If I click install it will say dirt rally 2.0 is installed but
still there's no option on the game page to launch the game nor does the game appear in windows 10 app list.

Have tried installing on a different drive and same thing happens. just wasted 90+gb of data. I cannot even manually delete the game files since the files are locked out. Cannot launch and cannot uninstall, please help!

If not try re-installing the game and that should fix the issue.
