    keep getting error code 0x87DD0005 when trying to connect minecraft on pc to xbox live


    i keep getting that error code every time im trying to connect my minecraft pc version onto my xbox live account. it also says that the error code doesn't exist on microsoft side. so now what should i do? uninstall it and redownload it? jw. thanks.

    Them: It looks like we're having an issue locating or accessing this content in the Microsoft Store. Give us a little while to work on this and try back later.

    Them: Did this solve the problem? NO NO NO

    How did they come up with error code 0x87de2712 when I reported on error code 0x87DD0005?????

    Based on your description, you were unable to sign into your account on Xbox app because of this error code: 0x87DD0005.

    We appreciate you have shared to us the troubleshooting you have tried. Upon checking my resources here, we found out that this error code: 0x87DD0005 is not new. This happens when there's a problem with the Xbox service, or that your console or PC has encountered an unexpected error.

    More important in resolving this issue is to isolate and know the cause of it. Since you are getting this error code when you attempt to sign in, we would like to ask for few things about your set up.

    1. Is this computer customized (you build and decided the specs)?
    2. Is this personal or work PC? Is this connected to a domain?
    3. Are you connected to your school/work internet network?
    4. Can you sign in and install a game on Microsoft Store?
    5. Can you sign into your account on Microsoft account | Home?

    Your account here plays a vital role in signing in. Moreover, you may check the few things on the support article we found and give it a try.
