Keep getting error code 0x80070490

so yesteeday i was playing normallu and all of a sudden my xbox froze so i reset it. When i turned it back on i kept getting error code 0x80070490. The problem with it is that the dashboard menu doeznt even load because this message keeps popping up. Does
anyone know how to fix this?

Forza 7 won't start

just keep getting error 0x80070490 even after doing all the suggestions , any ideas as im a bit peeved as just bought it

Almost every time for the past 4 or so days I have been getting an error code when I sign in saying something went wrong. Code: 0x80070490

Hey there DXGComeBackMan.

Have you tried giving your Xbox One a full power cycle by chance? To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Once it's off, power it back on to see if there's any change. Let us know how it goes
