Keep getting disconnected.

I got an Xbox One for Christmas and it was working fine up until around 2 days ago. Every time I play GTA Online, after around 2-5 minutes I get disconnected from Xbox Live, im prompted with the message "Connect to Xbox Live". At first I thought this was
just an issue with Rockstar but then I tried Halo with a friend, and I cant get through 1 round without being disconnected. It seems as if I am being disconnected from Xbox Live for a few seconds and then it reconnects, but Im being kicked everytime it disconnects.
No other device is doing this, just my xbox. My NAT Type is also Open so I have no idea what to do. My ISP is Virgin Media with the Super Hub 2, can anybody help me fix this?

dude. check out which games you've been online with lately. some of the recent updates will corrupt your main games installed on your harddrives. as well as any extra content you may have downloaded. some of these will have a yellow triangle next to them
delete them and redownload them again. that may help. i had to delete my halo reach and map packs and redownload them all over again because i kept getting disconnected from games due to a corrupt file

 

I got the exact same problem and I'm with virgin and got the super hub 2, really frustrating, everybody keeps telling me try wired but my wireless is more than good enough, I get better results than my mates when we do the detailed network statistics and
they don't have the same problem

 

Im on wireless too, my signal strength is at 100% an download speed is around 50mb, I dont understand how it was working fine up until a few days ago. Is it a problem with microsoft servers?

 

they will fix it, remember when COD black ops came out it didnt work right for weeks

 

i use CAT5e for gaming i never used wireless

 

Breacher its not just cod though, its all games I got, halo, forza, GTA aswell as cod

 

Yeah same here, its every game I play too. It seems its the whole xbox live network and not specific to one game.

 

See I don't know what to blame at the moment as you have exact same ISP and router as me so could be virgin, could be Microsoft as loads of people complaining on here, or is there a fault with a batch of xboxs that have been sold over the Xmas period?

 

Ive also saw another thread on here though with somebody saying they have a different router so its hard to say. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the ddos attack last week has messed up the servers for a few people. I hope its not actually a fault
with the xbox :/ The thing is though, it worked fine for about the first 3 days then all of a sudden the past 2 days its just been doing this.

you can try this: enable wan ping in your router !

I think the Problem is: if you disable this Feature (most routers default because of security) and the system tries to ping you if your box or your connection is live and your system doesn't answer these pings you get disconnected.

Many people argue about if its a security issue to "enable wan ping". But ICMP and Path MTU NEEDS wan ping enabled for working correctly. So I have enabled this Feature and since I have done this - no more disconnects. But I have another Router not the Super
Hub

 

Still not working after 3 days. Microsoft have said its a problem with the ISP, my ISP have said its a problem with Microsoft. Now after speaking to Microsoft again theyre saying it could be a hardware issue :/

 

Same issue, no matter what game I play, I cannot stay connected for more than 5 minutes, my wifi is 40MB/S and I can still play online on my 360 no problem in the same spot, same distance from my modem.
