Keep getting disconnected- XBOX 360

I know its been an ongoing problem, but has there been a solution to the constantly getting disconnected issue? I cant play a full match on COD: ghosts without getting kicked from the lobby at least once. But its not just COD, its Xbox live in general.
I can't watch Netflix or Xbox video without it buffering ever 5 seconds. I've cleared my cache, tested my internet speed, tested my Xbox live connection, no help. I'd just like to get an honest answer on what's going on, and why I can't barely use the services
that I'm paying for.

disconnected from live?

does anybody keep getting kicked off live form xbox one and xbox 360..reason why im saying is because I've been trying to play on GTA 5 on 360 and I keep getting disconnected and same thing on my xbox one with destiny.. I'm just wondering if anybody else
is having this same issue?..

This is a very simple thing depending on your setup. To give you a best answer I would need more info from you such as Is this on wired or wireless. Also do you have issues on your Internet with other devices? Connectivity consists of many factors such as
game servers, Microsoft servers, and so on. If it is not an issue on the server side the next area is your home and network setup. If you are wireless I do not care how great your Internet you will have more down times then up times when playing online gaming.
Hardwired is best. Also how much strain is on your connection. If you are gaming and there are several other people online doing the same or streaming you will lose bandwidth and get a lot of disconnects. I am happy to help and can almost be certain this is
a simple issue with a simple fix but more detail is needed as I have asked above. If you are on wireless you can test your connection all day long and it will change every time it is never going to stay the same and is not stable enough to support online gaming.

 

I'm on wireless, and have been on wireless 90% of my tenure with XBOX live and never had a problem up until about 2 weeks ago, and has just been horrible since. The Xbox and my phone are the only devices connected to my internet. Xbox live is the only thing
having a problem, no issues with with connectivity with my phone.

 

We are having the same issue. I've been on the phone all day with Xbox support and TWC and stuff 'll no resolution.

I'm at my wits end here. Please can someone help

 

I'm having the same problem I cant play a full game of battlefield without getting disconnected, it's the worst when i m playing with someone on my friends list, and i want to know if this is on xbox's end my xbox is the only thing being affected my laptop
and phone are always fine.

i'm on a wireless network and have called my ISP and it has nothing to do with my modem
