Keep getting disconnected from wireless network

For a few months now my Xbox One will disconnect from my wireless network after a few minutes of being switched on, it will tell me to connect to a network that it either doesn't detect at all or tells me that the password is wrong when it isn't. My Xbox
360 and Playstation 4 both work online perfectly fine. I've tried Xbox Support but got no reply. Can anyone help?

dont know what the problem is but i keep getting disconnected from xbox live. is there an issue ..

I keep getting Disconnected from Xbox live now and again. is there a problem with the console or is it something else, I have tried this on different cable's and also on wireless network. I have also rebooted the network router and still getting kicked
off live now and then. I am playing GTA 5 and Call of Duty 3.. any help would be good thanks

I have a black wireless adapter and i have full bars on my wireless connection. I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live and this makes it difficult to play any online games. Any solutions?

 

Some routers don't work well (or at all) with xbox one ...certain Arris , superhub2 and others ....if a had reset of the xbox and the router dosent fix it then give us the brand and model of your modem and router and we'll look it up and see...

 

I use the virgin superhub myself with no issues, try the following on your xbox and see if it helps please.

Go to settings/ all settings/ network/ advanced settings/ alternate MAC address. Select the clear option and then the restart option.

 

Superhubs are well known for wireless issues on xbox one , even on the Virgin Media forums they suggest to use a wired connection (which is FAR more stable and trouble and lag free) , you can try the alt mac address or even hold the reset button on the
router for 30 seconds and things may clear up ...for a while ....some seem to work and others have issues and never recover...

 

Here is a suggestion on the Super Hub.

To play online games a default setting on your Super Hub needs to be changed. Please follow these instructions.

Note: If you’re running the Super Hub in modem mode, you don’t need to do a thing.

1. Enter the Super Hub settings page address into your browser
http://192.168.0.1

2. Access the page by entering the default password changeme and usernameadmin. If you’ve changed the default security details to your own password and username, please enter those details.

3. Click Advanced Settings. If you get a warning message, click Yes to continue.

4. In the Security section, click Firewall.

5. Tick the IP Sec Pass-Through box.

6. Click Apply. When the confirmation box appears, click Yes.

7. Click Sign out in the top right of the page.

 

It stayed connected after doing this for the longest it has in a long time but has disconnected again

Try a wired connection and see if it will stay connected

 

My modem isn't in a place where I can plug in my Xbox. All other suggested fixes haven't worked. I used to be able to use the X1 perfectly fine until around Christmas when my 360 was having issues as well but those stopped fairly quickly. I've seen other
people having the same problem and no fixes are working with them either. Without the internet this console is no good to me, does anyone have anything else at all?

 

get a different router , or buy a long enough cable ...that's about it....

 

what super hub are you using?
