    Keep getting code 121003


    Since I signed up for Premium Solitaire collection, keep getting a code 121003 when the Xbox connection times out. Now I can't connect at all. Have a Xbox/MSN acct that's working but won't link with Solitaire. On an Android tablet and everything is up to
    date, cleared Cache, etc. As usual this happens 2/3 of the way thru the month when I have perfectly completed the daily challenges!!!!! Grrr.

    Any suggestions for fixing this permanently?

    Can't log into my account for Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    I'm getting similar problems, in that app keeps saying that I have an internet connection problem and comes up with an error code 121003, can't find any results for this code, and after trying multiple times of uninstalling, resetting and
    reloading the app, and trying every troubleshooter and solution I can find, I have come to the conclusion that the problem is with Microsoft, hopefully somebody will get it sorted soon.
