Keep getting "Can't Download" message

I am havong same issues. Purchased my monopoly and says i cant download. Have plenty of room on hard drive, cleared cache, deleted and redownloaded game. Still telling me cant download. Had problem last night waited to see if problem would be resolved this
morning. This is the only thing not downloading.

 

I too am having this problem and it makes me mad I did everything cleared cache reset the system and still nothing I find it stupid I shelled out $10 for it to do this. I think I should get a refund

WOW! So glad I am not the only person with this problem! Heres a list of what I have done, as you can see its pretty much useless to keep trying this is a MICROSOFT issue. I too have noticed when downloading the game again it goes from 80% to 100% instantly.
Additionally the "My Monopoly" item goes from 1%, to 0% to 1% to 0% and than fails. I have marathon-ed every single possible option, it is in due earned a full refund or a hard copy sent to my door this is absurd. Granted I see Xbox Live is having issues
but nothing like this is corresponding with the listed problems on the support site.

1. Have cleared cache multiple times

2. Deleted and downloaded Monopoly Plus multiple times

3. Tried downloading "My Monopoly" multiple times from Inside game

4. Have tried pushing the download to the 360 from the website several times

5. Have tried downloading from download history several times

6. Have tried 16GB certified USB stick for all the above scenarios

7. Have formatted TWO hard drives

8. Have tried pushing the game to the USB and reloading without Hard drive

9. Have tried Direct connection to the modem

10. Have transferred license, even tho its the same xbox

11. Have tried downloading demos to reset it as main xbox

12. Have tried downloading Xbox Gold Game to clear possible corrupted sections on disk

13. Have contacted Live Chat support, listed all the same issues, remarkably told my power strip was the problem.

14. Have deleted Market Place System Data

 

I am having the same problem.

I paid for it and its not downloading

Mine goes from one percent back to zero percent.

 

Would be nice if Microsoft support could respond to this thread now, its a documented issue and its not being addressed, I dont have time to sit on a phone and beg for a refund.

 

I have the same Problem. All caches deleted, enoght harddiscspace...still: "Can't download my monopoly". Now im trying to get a refund. Very sad, that microsoft doesn't check the downloads before.

 

Ok..i tried the chat. I will get a refund - they are checking the problem. I will get a refund. Im sad that the download does not work - i really want "may monopoly" to re-design my monopoly board....

 

Hey everyone I just tried it again for the hell of it and it works! Seems the problem was addressed today at least on my side? I selected X on the game for options and downloaded it on the extras screen and it was available when I started up monopoly
